1. Digital Product Delivery and Access

1.1. Nature of Product: All products sold on KhanaPlan.com are digital goods (PDF templates, Excel files, e-books). No physical product will be shipped. 1.2. Delivery: Upon successful payment, the customer will receive an instant download link on the screen and a backup link via email. 1.3. Single User License: The purchase grants the Customer a single, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal, non-commercial use within their own immediate household. The files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1. No Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods being instantly delivered and non-returnable, all sales are final. We offer a clear and detailed description of the products before purchase. By completing the purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy. 2.2. Exceptions (Technical Failure): A refund may be considered only in the rare event of a technical error where: (a) payment was deducted, and (b) the download link failed to be delivered even after contacting our support team via email/WhatsApp, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

3.1. Ownership: The content, templates, design, structure, layout, names including “KhanaPlan,”, and materials (including the KhanaPlan Lists of Regional Dishes) contained on the Site and in the products are the proprietary property of Profound Designs.
3.2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Taxes: Prices displayed are generally inclusive of applicable Indian GST/taxes, but you should confirm the final price at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Use of Planner: The planner is a tool for organisation and suggestion. KhanaPlan.com and Profound Designs are not responsible for the results or outcomes of using the planner, including but not limited to, cooking failures, specific health or nutritional outcomes, or any resulting disputes within the household. You use the planner at your own risk.
5.2. Nutritional Information: Any nutritional information provided is for general guidance only. Consult a certified nutritionist or doctor for specific dietary and health concerns.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect.
